In English please

On Gammel Torv (Old Square) in Copenhagen I stumbled on an exhibition by a photographer named Doug Lansky. What were on show were his photos of strange and very funny signs from around the world. It just shows that English can be a bit of a challenge for many people.

  3. A very interesting exhibition. I'm amazed with his sign photos. Like he took the real ones from their own place.
I exactly know how it feels to be a non-native English speaker, and to struggle using it :).
Do they have some signs from Japan? There's one in Miyajima written like this: "To cable car, 9 minutes if walk, 7 minutes if run a little" :)). Time is so priceless. That's what I learnt from that sign.

  5. I just told my husband about the 'free range children' — his reaction was "I'd like some of those — might be tasty!" :D
