Looking at the Marble Church

 

On the square in front of the Amalienborg Palace in Copenhagen, the equestrian statue of Danish king Frederik V looks towards the church bearing his name, The Frederik Church. The dome of this church, nicknamed the Marble Church for its use of that material, is one of the dominant features of the city's skyline.
